What we ask for

• To fill an order: your name, delivery and billing addresses, e-mail, your phone number if you choose to share it, and your order contents.
• To answer a note: your contact details and the message itself.
• To understand visits: pages viewed, approximate area and device category, tallied by a Matomo analytics service on our own equipment. Advertisers do not receive it.
• To run the cart: essential cookies. At checkout Stripe may use its own cookies to detect fraud.

What we do with it

We fulfill orders, respond to you, guard against fraud, keep tax records and improve what we publish. We do not sell your information, and we do not record any political views or ask for them.

Who helps us

• Stripe runs payments and keeps your full card number away from us.
• Printful prints and sends your order, so it receives your name and delivery address.
• Carriers receive what they need to deliver your parcel.
• Public authorities receive information only when legally required.

How long we hold on to it

We keep order records for the time tax and accounting law requires, and we remove messages when there is no further need for them.

What you can do

To review, change or erase your details, write to sales@one-stop.com. We do not intend this site for children younger than 13 and do not knowingly collect their details.
