Shipping & Returns

Each item is made for you once you have ordered it. Here is what to expect, without any small print.

How delivery works

• Who we deliver to: people with a US address. We hope to widen that one day.
• What it costs: $5 for your whole order. From $75 up, delivery is on us.
• How long it takes: usually 3 to 7 business days to make your item, then several days on the road. Embroidered pieces and the holiday season may add a little extra.
• How you will know: we e-mail you a tracking link once it ships. If your order has several items, they may arrive separately.

If something is not right

Because each item is made for one person, we are not able to accept returns when a size does not work out or you have changed your mind. The size information on each product page should help you choose.

If your item comes damaged, misprinted or simply wrong, we want to know. Send your order number and a quick photo to sales@one-stop.com within 30 days. You can pick a free replacement or a full refund.

Need to change an order?

Tell us as soon as you can. We will do our best, but production moves quickly.

If your order is going to Ohio, Ohio sales tax applies.
