Is this site political?
No. We take no position on parties, candidates or policy. We write about how people talk to one another, whatever their views may be.
Can you help me with a serious family conflict?
We are writers, not counselors or mediators. Our essays are for everyday conversations. For anything serious, and especially anything involving safety, please reach out to a qualified professional.
Can we use your ground rules in our classroom or meeting?
Yes, please do. Credit us with a link if you can. The poster in our shop is there if you want them on a wall.
How long does an order take?
Items are made once you order, usually in 3 to 7 business days, then spend several days in transit. You will get a tracking link by e-mail.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is $5 per order to any US address, and free when your order comes to $75 or more.
Do you deliver outside the United States?
Not right now. We only deliver to US addresses at the moment.
What is your return policy?
Each item is made for you, so we are unable to accept returns for sizing or a change of mind. If it reaches you damaged, misprinted or wrong, let us know within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
How do your shirts fit?
All of them are unisex. There is a size table on each product page, and the heavyweight tees have a relaxed fit.
How can I pay?
Checkout runs on Stripe and accepts major cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Your card details never reach us.
